Is this really CE or is it a vacation with CE attached?
The CE is real, accredited, and integrated throughout the retreat. It was never designed so the education feels isolated from everything else happening around it. The discussions, the environment, and the sessions reinforce each other. They don't compete with each other.
What does a typical day actually look like?
Most mornings include educational sessions or faculty-led discussions. Afternoons and evenings are built around private dinners, sailing, exploring Santorini, and shared experiences. There's enough unstructured time for relationships to develop naturally. The pacing is intentional and unhurried.
Who else will be attending?
Dentists from different stages of their careers who value thoughtful conversation, fresh perspective, and time with colleagues who understand the profession. The common thread isn't years in practice or practice size. The group is intentionally small.
Can my spouse or partner attend?
Yes. The retreat was intentionally designed to include spouses and partners as part of the experience, not as an afterthought. Two faculty spouses attended the Dubai retreat, and both described it as an experience they'd gladly repeat.
The venue isn't confirmed yet. Should I be concerned?
No. Dr. Arnold personally scouts every retreat environment before making a commitment. The standard doesn't change because the address hasn't been announced yet. Property details are confirmed with every accepted applicant before the retreat.
What happens after I request a private conversation?
We'll schedule a brief conversation to answer your questions, learn about where you are right now, and have an honest discussion about whether Santorini makes sense for you.
What's the cancellation policy?
Tuition is non-refundable. If your plans change, your tuition may be applied as a credit toward a future Luxury Dental Retreat.
Do I need to arrange my own flights?
Yes. Attendees arrange their own flights to Santorini. Nearly every retreat expense after you arrive in Santorini is included.
