Valerie has spent the last 28 years in the dental industry having served as a Dental Assistant, Office Manager, Clinical Dental Hygienist, Educator, Mentor, and Regional Operations Leader.
As CEO of ValDent Solutions, Valerie has been responsible for the training and development of dental teams, implementing new product innovations and technologies that enhance the standard of care and patient experience, while contributing to growth in revenue for private practices and dental service organizations. Val lectures throughout North America and is a KOL and Advisor for multiple dental companies.
Valerie graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science and received an AAS Degree in Dental Hygiene from Rio Salado College. She is a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in multiple states and in 2004 received her Laser Certification from The Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Val is Board Certified to provide Dental Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Sedation, and is a proud recipient of the Hu-Friedy® Golden Scaler award. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, a past President of the Georgia Dental Hygiene Association, and member for the Dental Codeology Committee. Val provided testimony at ADA in Chicago that was recognized in the 2019 ADA CDT manual.
